          crap shoot

I really should DNS this one -- pulled hamstring, sucky training volume, suckier training distances lately. But I'm crossing my fingers. I DNSed my last 100, and I'm damn well not gonna DNS this one too.

You'll probably still beat me Undecided  Actually, I feel really good about this race, although of course I feel I could have done more.  But I don't have any niggles, plus it appears my chest cold has finally left the building.  My stretch goal is 26 hours, but I don't care if I come in DFL as long as I get a buckle!

I would really like to take a shot at 4:22, and the weather report looks good so far,  ... but I am still dealing with some issues.  My back spasms, my left hamstring is sore as hell and gets worse as I run, I am still coughing up loughies, and my right knee is swelling.  <sigh>

I did take the day off yesterday though.  Cool

And I've talked my doctor into prescribing some high test anti-inflammatory drug....so I may give it a shot.
