    Give a man a fire and he'll be warm the rest of the night;
    Set a man afire and he'll be warm the rest of his life.

                          Dr Nader, You've got Daddyo listed twice in the 5K.

                          MTA: drrbradford's 5mi time is almost ludicrous in contrast to that fabulous 10K time.

                          It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

                            It was icy and I probably shouldn't have bothered running it. I fell over hard at 2M and cruised it from there. I have the scars on my knee to prove it.

                              New PR for 4 miles on Tuesday - 25:55.

                              Having another go at it on Thursday.

                              Do what you want, just how you like. Nobody has to know.

                                5000m (track) 15.02. Going to obliterate that by end of summer.
