August 3 - August 9 Racing (Read 1445 times)

When did racing truly sick (not just a cold) or injured become something to admire or award? I thought that was generally considered a mistake.
Well hell this whole damn thing is considered a mistake by many.

      Runners run.

Well hell this whole damn thing is considered a mistake by many.

hey I had a non-runner call me normal last night... so maybe the whole running thing is catching on!

        Hawt and sexy

Well, if you think running injured is a mistake, I won't tell you what the men's winner of VTU did.

          I'm touching your pants.

          Was it all a dream?

Well, I guess this whole year has been a mistake then.

I'm in the business of misery...

... after further review, Ramsay should get it... he's been working so hard all year and not seeing what he wants in return.

Then again, Pam did run 100 damn miles (and was apparently sick too?). I dunno. She too all should get one.

              +1

From 20:15, down to 17:26 in two years time (and almost 1:00 per mile faster), The King of (Endurance) Beasts,

with little to speak of hard training deserves the . (i much appreciate Pam's effort btw!!!

It's NOT a sympathy vote, that's a huge step in PAIN that most others cringe to aspire too, or incessantly whine about.

                1. Dakota is not voting this week.
                2. My ass hasn't been hairless in years.
                3. will be decided either later today or tomorrow.

Didn't Purdey decree that no lobbying for the  is allowed, or did he just say that Dakota has the final word.

Anyway I think the 100 miler deserves it more just because the pain would have lasted longer, and it was a first female finisher,  was a first 100 miler for the runner.  It's weeks like this when you can kind of appreciate the fellings of Barkley or Malone to have been playing during the Michael Jordan years.

I can tell you that there will not be co-winners.  There can only be one recipient.  It will not be easy to choose, but choose I will.

                        I must ponder.
