        Thanks! In related news, I finished the Tahoe Rim Trail 50-miler in 13:20, by far my slowest ultra, but then it was warm, lots of vertical and most of it is above 8000 ft, so I'm OK with that. 

        Also signed up for my first 100-miler, Rio Del Lago on October 6. I'm already having nightmares. Undecided
