    After a week of post 24 hour hedonism - I weighed 203 today.  I am hoping this will come back off quickly

    Long dead ... But my stench lingers !

     

     

      I'm in.  I weighed 175 lbs this morning.  Goal weight 169 by Sep 30.

        Not at it at all. 

          I weighed 174.5 this morning... WTF!
            168.5 this morning. Crap.

                  please revise goal to 162.0 lbs.

                   

                  now 16.8 lbs down from August.

                  21 lbs above best 5k weight.

                  29 lbs above best marathon weight.

                    Me too, and I can't blame it on a 24 hour race. One meal at a time!

                      Yeah, a bit too much eating and drinking going on around here and no scale any where in sight.  

                      So, won't be able to weigh again until next week.

                        This mornings weigh in = 201.0

                         

                        The YMCA has a balance beam scale and on Tueday after my sweatfest dreadmill run I jumped on the scale in my birthday suit. I actually had to use the 150lb counterweight and adjust the sliding weight to 48 to weigh myself. That was pretty cool.

                         

                        Next week I should be saying "SO LONG" to the Clydesdale division.

                          Please tell me this scale is in the locker room and not the main gym area ... although the reverse would make for a so much better story!

                              Last night - Wife wanted beer pretty bad for the Packer - Bear game, so I went all out and had a bunch of bad food.  Beer dip, cheese & Sausage, pizza rolls, fries and chicken tenders, ice creame and sweedish meatballs ... Not a good calories day for sure!
