            September ended up being drunkember after my achillies injuru I lost focus on training and became engrossed in excessive food and alcohol consumption - It is not pretty.  I stepped on the scale @ 211 this morning, after seeing 191 in August. 

             

            Time for an intervention

             

            Achillies is till a piece of shit and now I am too

            Long dead ... But my stench lingers !

              After going back up to 189, I'm back down to 185. That's a net win for me. Woo hoo. I still think my goal is reasonable, especially now that I have pretensions of running a race in two months.
