              Well, I am starting at 180.2.

               

              Gonna keep my goal from the last one: 170.

               

              Gotta find a way to get the weight loss going. Its like I hit a wall at 180.

                                Absolutely horrible two weeks. Last weekend I was out of town visiting my daughter. Yesterday was my anniversary, so my wife and I had a nice dinner where I ate way too much.
