                          Thanks. The pace calc said thats a 3:59 mile. I cant imagine that for 7 more laps.

                            Solid effort this morning.  Never red lined and ran 34:39 to sneak under last years time (it's a fairly beastly course).  Second and 1st vet.  My wife got second lady as well so a good family outing today.
