      Feeling the growl again

Dangnabit, I knew this would appear sooner or later.  I'll have to step on the scale tomorrow.  Boston is only getting closer -- and Q4 was not good to me.

Although announcing my weight to the world sounds fun,  I'm going to go with Option B of sticking toothpicks in my eyeballs.

I will say starting weight: x, and goal weight of x -12.

This gets me to a weight that I have a really hard time maintaining, but will be great for running, and has the added benefit of bitchy strangers telling me to go eat a cheeseburger.

I'm scared of these threads, but I just can't stay away. I gained some fat right after my first injury, and I gained some muscle from strength training this spring/summer/fall. So ...

I think with the BF% in there, it's not needed.  At least that's the way it appears to be working.

It seems odd to me, but spits out 150 for me.  Since I know 145-147 is prime it's roughly sorta close.
