    I am going to start doing this in chunks of 3 months.  Rules are simple.

     

    • If you want in post a goal weight and your starting weight.
    • Weigh-ins will be weekly.  You can weigh yourself as often as you like but please just post one a week.
    • Week will be Monday - Sunday, starting January 7.
    • Last week will end March 31.
    • If you missed the start and want to jump in any time feel free.

        MTA: I guess agreeing would help if I put a damn goal in place. 167. Three months and some miles, this should be doable.

         

        MTA2: Damn it - starting at 177. One more MTA and I get a free set of steak knives.

            Goal weight, 172

             

            Probably not even a pound a week, but my track record sucks.  12.5 pounds is 12.5 pounds tho.
