I totally fell off the wagon this month. I ate and drank everything in sight on vacation for almost a week then got sick and ate and drank everything to keep my energy up. Finally, I think I'm falling back into a routine and worked up the guts to stand on the scale this morning. I was happy to find just 181 when I expected 185.
It's time to kick some ass with the diet from here on. That's gonna hurt.
