3650 Miles in the Hurtlocker

Anybody read Malcom Gladwell's books? (Read 26 times)

I liked most of them .. didn't know he was a runner with a 3:55 1500 to his credit back in the day.  His 5:03 at 5th avenue was good for 11th in 50-54.

I do and I recall reading that he was a competitive 800m runner.

"If you have the fire, run..." -John Climacus

      an amazing likeness

I'd think the aero drag of his mop top hair would slow him down....

The books are good; TED speeches are almost a lock-in to show up in any annual leadership meeting....it's all just damn near impossible to translate into real-world action for your average management / leadership drone (like myself).

(Malcolm needs to throw an entry into the RA Finish Face topic...he'd be a contender)

Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.
