Lost almost 5 lbs in 2 weeks with no exercise. Flu put a damper on my appetite for both food and beer. Stomach felt fine ... just too weak to get up and get anything.
Finally feel almost 100% so now we'll see.
Not at it at all.
MrFinn - I also found that the flu is a mighty fine weight loss program. I'm well on my way to gaining back what I lost over those few days though. Tomorrow morning's my weigh-in. If I stay focused I know I can put it all back on between now and then!
W3 - 154.1

Going the wrong way; I took 4 days off from running and did a little carb loading. Had a loss of focus on running and got busy with work and appointments, and just didn't feel like running. Trying to get back on track this week.

Yay injury and depression.
I'm hoping to do better next week
