Sorry I'm keeping you waiting, Finn.  I felt a cold trying to come in during the week, and my FRI evening debacle weakened the immune system enough that it arrived SUN night.  Gotta find time to slide into work "to pick up some files" (and weigh myself).

Sorry I'm keeping you waiting, Finn.

No problem.  Get to it when you can.

          Not at it at all.

Freakin' 167.5.  Thought the weekend went better -- all that beer-n-chips denial for that?

My last two final weigh ins were on Tues. August 28th 177lbs.  and yesterday 175.3...  maybe I should add a long run to my schedule.  oh yea and quit drinking so much beer!!!!!

yeah, but, ... I confess to timing my weigh-in fortuitously. I weighed in Monday morning, after a run (albeit a short run.) and before any weekend beer drinking. I planned my relapse after weigh-in.
