    Nice Kelly and Cecil.

I did not race today but my son ran the USA Youth Outdoor T&F National Championships at Indiana University in Bloomington. He ran the 3000 in 11:16 for a nice new shiny PR. Lots of rain but he paced well and tracked a few kids down in the process. Very proud of him. Winner ran 9:17 for 13-14 yo group!

Ran a 1500m, 10minutes rest then 800m at the club this morning.

      5:16 for the 1500 and 2:43 for the 800.

More importantly I just checked the latest WS100 update site and see that bhearn is through Miller's Defeat checkpoint (34.4miles) in 7hrs, 22min.  Go bhearn!

Congrats bhearn on the WS100 Buckle!  Wear it with pride!

+1.  Saturday night I went to bed and you were not yet checked out at Foresthill.  I was dead tired and I thought - Wow, Bob still has to run for another 5 or 6 hours. Got up in the morning and saw you had hit that Sub 24, too.   Major, major props to you.

          Just a dude.

Congrats bhearn on the WS100 Buckle!  Wear it with pride!

Thanks everybody. I ran 23:34. Couldn't be happier. I'm going to write a report for this one, but it might take me a while.

He can wear just the belt buckle and that would be okay with me.
