    I think you are ready for a 1:45 or below that.   Those Tempo runs really indicate that.  

     

    If its a goal race, I'd taper the week of the race cutting my mileage to about half with a couple of faster short workouts no later than Tuesday/Wednesday for a Saturday race.  I messed up my most recent HM, really thought I was in shape to run 1:47-1:48, but this was not a goal race for me, the Marathon in July is.

    It WAS a goal race however my accident kind of changed that. I'm still looking to do the best that I can despite the  bump in the road of training.  And yes my next week looks pretty much like what you suggested, though my race is on Sunday Smile
