I usually do Sunday but I may not have a scale available early next week de to travel so I depressed myself today.

The week goes from Monday to Sunday. This is week 1. You may weigh in any day that you would like. When you post I apply it to the week in which you posted unless otherwise specified (some post their weight late and specify). The only hard fast rule is only one weigh in posted a week.

Ah... so are some people weighing themselves every day and then posting the lowest number?
I'll just post on mondays I guess then... I don't know if it's my lowest day, but it will be a consistent day. I'm looking for a lot of weight loss. Tricking myself for a pound or two one week won't help in 2 months...

I use Friday. Saturday and Sunday can be ugly at times
I think I've been using Sundays, after my long run. It's crazy, I gain 4-5 pounds sometimes between Sunday and Tuesday, and then it gradually falls back off during the week.
