"When a person trains once, nothing happens. When a person forces himself to do a thing a hundred or a thousand times, then he certainly has developed in more ways than physical. Is it raining? That doesn't matter. Am I tired? That doesn't matter, either. Then willpower will be no problem." Emil Zatopek

I don't think you are the one to blame. Weather was perfect in 2011 when you were there.
I'm already shopping back up races just in case.
X, I'm Trent is skipping that particular well known race this year, so the weather will be perfect.
Dang...you pick a year I'm not there so we can't meet up.
I honestly wish I could run Boston every year. It is the one big race I have not gotten tired of.
I do like the idea of blaming Trent, but I had it coming. I'd had a string of races with awesome weather (including Boston 2011), even some when it shouldn't have been so, so I was overdue. Also, I do plan to be back in Boston next year, so that's all the more reason this year should be ideal.
