Feeling the growl again
OK, I have to ask...I've seen this in various places, but what's the "Swamp".
It's the "other" 2000 mile group. Some us us are dual members....some of us were dual members. Oh the drama. This group started as a branch of that one but has built a very different vibe.

Tinman's Big Workout: 5mile warmup jog to the local track then 6X1600 at current half marathon race pace with 200m jog recovery, finish off with 5 smooth 200's (or 5 hill charges) and then cooldown the 5 miles back home.
