Change my goal to 190, I need to get serious and since I don't really have any races planned, I can try running a more aggressive caloric deficit without thinking about racing performance.

5k = sub 21:00
HM = sub 100 minutes
Run = 3650 / 2 miles
Bike = 3500 miles
Swim = 150 miles
Race 1st HIM
I'm in again. I will stick with 120 for now and re-evaluate if / when I manage ti get there.
