seriously though you can do much better than that, but of course sub 6:00 could also mean 5:01
June 11-12: San Diego 100
Oooh boy. Taper started a little prematurely while I was on vacation the last two weeks. Too many mai tai's will do that.

For Phelp's sake Nader, data man, date! I can cut/paste things easy on my home Mac but my work computer doesn't like to do it and since I'm traveling, like, all month, it will make it a bit of a pain to move it around later.
Oh yeah....

Jun 3, Torch run, goal beat my previous time of 34:19. (Distance is weird & unspecified)
Jun 4, sprint tri, goal is drop DW if she races me on the 5K portion - so I'll say 20min, as it's a pretty hard course (ends with a nice long steep uphill - maybe half a mile)
Considering a 10K on Jun 5, but haven't committed yet. It would give me 3 races in 3 days, but they're not real races over real distances like last week's would have been.
Jun 19, 10K, goal = beat PR of 39:12 and beat AG competitor
Will probably have more races later, including some midweek track races if I can just get them organized and scheduled.
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

You need to stop with all these pansy "three race in three day" things and come over for the Beer Mile and do the 3X5K races in 3 hours with us, then the Beer Mile in the afternoon. Four races in ONE day.
