Bugger! A freakish, non-running, accident has left me with a calf tear. It will take the Bunny 10 days to catch me. With luck, it won't get too far ahead.

Too early to say, but I am anticipating (hoping?) about 3 weeks to full recovery.
I am following the RICE protocol for 72 hours. If the symptoms have eased sufficiently, I will then start some light stretches. I will then attempt a walking/jogging regime that increases the time/distance gradually.
My biggest enemy is likely to be impatience.
