Here's this weeks (7 - 13 Feb, 2011) stats. The usual suspects are at the top of the list.
My first below par week by 3 km but I'm still ahead for the month.

Good week's running for me. On Friday I'm off skiing for 10 days, and I'm not sure how much I'll be able to run whilst I'm away, but I have a bit of a cushion over the dingo.
Gained about another days worth of mileage on the pace dingo this week, which I was happy about. And which is also good because I feel like crap today - head pounding, sweating, dizzy and my achiles hurt this morning when I got up, so I might take it easy this week and give him a few of those miles back.
Run 1,800 miles
Do 10 minutes of core work every day
10 mile goal: 1:12:00 (Black Cat 10 miler - March)
I was happy to get another day ahead of that dingo last week. With the great weather we are having its not hard to get out - but I've certainly needed lots of water to keep hydrated. I even took a swim in the sea part way through my long run on Sunday just to cool down a bit.

Illness in January saw me get off to a very slow start but so far in Feb I've gone way past my Jan mileage.
Last week I hit 88km, catching up with that waskely wabbit now!
