	Today is the first ride I have been able to get in for two weeks! My wife and I flew out to Iowa the weekend after New Years to see three of our four daughters and of course the grandchildren. Little Paige, granddaughter number 4, bless her heart had a cold. Of course that did not stop grandma and grandpa from hugging and kissing her. About four days later, we both felt the familiar tickle of an on-coming cold. For the first time in 3-4 years, Zicam did not slow it down for either one of us. I ended up having to call my Dr. to get a prescription for a sinus infection. Yuk Now that I am recovered, I can start to catch up with you pedal pounders

	Glad your feeling better. I have a 6 and 9 year old who are just walking Petri dishes. They seem to bring things home from school and shrug it off but the wife and I catch it and suffer for a few days. She's just getting over a cold and I'm on the downside.
