The footing around here has sucked since the Nor'easter that rolled through, so I wasn't at all sure I would get this last one in. I wanted to get to 78, for some reason an average of 1.5 per week became a goal. Got it, so I'm not going to run another half this year. Shutting it down. Done.

i'm with you on the footing thing - did some hill repeats the other day and almost fell on my face about a dozen times. Hopefully it will melt away a bit today before I head out for my mile repeats.
First 13 miler should be Sunday for me.

A well deserved three day rest for you. Hah.
