Yesterday I ran my first half since the second half of Boston back in April. It's a bit of a milestone for me so I'm very pleased. For a while I thought I wouldn't get one more this year. The best part is that my legs feel great today.
I've got just 19 days to get in 21 more.
Just be glad you're running again - that is great. I got another one in today but have lost count since I passed 52. I had planned on trying for 75 this year, but think I am going to scrap that plan now since I am starting to train for a 10 miler in March using the Master Run Coach plan and it doesnt really call for three 13 milers a week, which is probably a good thing for now.
