Here is another way of looking at where we are YTD as at March 25th.
It shows how "efficient" we've been at translating km total into HM runs.

Running - cheaper than therapy
Aside from the fact that I take offense at you calling all my non-HM miles "wasted", it's pretty interesting to see that we are definitely broken up into two groups.
the first four are all at least 10 HM more than the 5th highest person.

Very interesting. Here's another way to look at it.
I see three groups
1. Fully insane and addicted
2. Mostly normal insane for a runner
3. Working to become more insane
The other odd thing is that it reminds me of my class rankings in college. Thanks for pulling off that scab after 25 years.

Good to see that I've still got it. Does that mean I've been caught trolling?
"Wasted" miles was perhaps a little harsh. How about looking at it from the other point of view - how efficiently have miles run been converted into increasing the HM count?
Here's a chart showing the tight correlation (100% "efficient" means every mile run has counted towards a HM):
And just to keep C-R focused on those class rankings:

I need to STOP looking at it because its making my head hurt
