      Had to add todays run manually since I broke it into warm up, workout, and cool down. I'm cool with that because I hope to do some doubles that won't count and would then have to then remove them.

          I'm pretty pleased with myself finding a way to make it all work - and it makes it even better knowing that a few others find it useful too.
