I've been looking for something like this for the new year. Actually my goal is closer to 700 miles, but 800 is a nice stretch goal for me. Big grin

If you can do 7 then you can do 8. Break it down less than 10 more miles per month.

2009 Goals (nobody laugh) Run 800 miles or more Run 12 or more 5ks Run 2 10ks Get 5k times in 25's Run a 3 miler in 24:29 or less Run in HM in October

Last year I did only 400 miles - but I was inconsistant. Hopefully I'll be more regular in training this year and I can double my yearly mileage. Now if I can just catch at bunny. Big grin

That's the great thing about this group. That darn bunny is such a motivator and really helps the consistancy.
