Yesterday was a great day for a long run. It rained for much of the race, but not too hard. 26.2K = 16.3 miles, and I managed to do the first 12 miles with even or (mostly) positive splits, and I set a pr.

I think I was four minutes slower than last year, but enjoyed it and had a good run. Congrats on your PR.

I was happily surprised to find chocolate milk at the refreshments, and kept returning to it.
