I ran it! I blew off my long run today and signed up on race-day.

We ran By George 5K, hopped into the car and drove an hour, had to park almost at the entrance, jogged up to the building, and registered & ran Valentines -- it was fun But by the third mile, I was starting to think, gee, I hope I didn't mistake the distance, because we seem to be in the middle of nowhere - even by mile 3 I had no idea where we were. I was happy to pop up a hill and see the parking lot again not long after that. I liked the orange slices and the animal crackers -- yummmm.
