So My FIL is now raising his own Hens and Roosters..... We have been dumped on with eggs! I am a little worried about hard boiling them to eat..... Since these are " Yard Eggs" and no way to really tell if they are okay on the inside, do you think it best that they NOT be hard boiled for eating? I figure you might know, since you may purchase your eggs from the Farmers Market or whatever.....
Thanks in Advance for any help with this one.....

I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
Poor baby
Ha! If there was a way to get em to you without breaking!
Awesome! This will indeed save some $$$ at the ole' grocery!
The ones I am getting, some are brown and some are green, for real!
What kind of eggs? The ones I am getting, some are brown and some are green, for real!
Really Large Brown eggs..... nice deep yellow yolks.....
He's got 3 full grown hens right now, and a BUNCH of babies..... right now they are getting about 6-8 eggs a day, so you can imagine how quickly you need to give them away....
Time to make Egg Salad right?
Until you eat that egg salad.
YUMMM!
But scrambled with whole milk and a bit of cheese, or fried on cast iron with cultured butter?
DAMN!
