Anyone have a tried and true recipe they'd like to share?  Chances are slim, but any w/o corn syrup??

Why do you want to avoid corn syrup (≠ HFCS)

Well, good question.  My corn syrup has HFCS in it.   I avoid HFCS (when I can).   Is there just plain old corn syrup?  I don't know if I've ever actually used corn syrup!  Off to google....
