We are a training group who are working towards a marathon or half-marathon together, supporting each other on the longer runs, and encouraging others to take up or re-engage in running. We train barefoot on the grass at Princes Park once a week to help develop strong feet and legs, and a natural injury-free running style. We use Jeff Galloway's run/walk as our secret weapon, even in races!
