Anyone and everyone can post your runs, cross-training, abdominal work, rest days, race plans, training questions, etc.. The only stupid question is the one you did not post. There’s a great mix of beginners and veterans, runners and walkers, and maniacs and returners (from injury, to running, to RA). We're all a little crazy here, too! While this thread is a terrific source of motivation for runners and serves as outstanding accountability, you’ll quickly find this remarkable group to be highly supportive of all life experiences. So, come on in, put your feet up, and stay awhile (not literally!) And whoever is up first is welcome to start the thread and we definitely keep some weird hours around here.

Working today, though I'll be doing it from the comfort of my home and hopefully for only a few hours. YAY work from home! I'm heading to the gym in a bit though for a non-run workout. Football viewing party at a friend's tonight, which means today will most certainly be a calorie surplus.

Got in a chill & easy 3.2 last night & am going to try for 10 a little later this morning. I haven't run double-digits since MCM but want to get some time on my feet so I'll just take it slow.

Morning, early risers! I would really have loved to sleep in this morning, but time to get moving. I'm heading to the Y for my run because our temperatures are dropping, which means the fog and drizzle from last night will become today's layers of ice on everything. At least 6 miles planned, maybe a little more and maybe some strength training. I'll just see how I feel at the time.

5k just crammed into my normal week. Temp is 66 with dew point at 64, fog, no wind, yuck. But it's just a 5K. At least there are pancakes at the end.

Another RD today. It's making me absolutely nuts. Cranky, restless, emotional. I'm worse than a teenage girl with PMS. I might try taping my foot and running again tomorrow. We'll see.
