220.6 for me.
Nowhere near my Jan-Mar peak months, but happy to be bouncing back post-marathon. And my fastest average pace, so that's something.

221.3 miles. Nah nah, Dave. Taper, race week, two weeks of recovery, plus this week minus the LR. Also lower mileage month for me and it feels damn awesome mentally.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

206, which I'm ok with. Taper, taper, taper, race, recovery. I'll probably be around 225 for the next three months.

From the Internet.
Oof. 64 even. A few days off and lots of shorter-than-planned runs.

181.2 for a PB! And that included 11 rest days. My avg mile per run is creeping up, and that's just what I was looking to do.
175.1. Pretty much exactly where I wanted to be for this month.

Did you run an extra mile after he posted the thread?
192.5 - the exact same mileage as April, with an almost identical time spent running:
24:31: 38 for April, 24:28:51 for May. Weird.
Anyway, no complaints. I am right in my wheelhouse so all systems are full steam ahead.
194. Aww yeah, finally getting back into the swing of things. Pretty far from my peak marathon training months, but that's OK with me.
