Short term goal: 17:59 5K
Mid term goal: 2:54:59 marathon
Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life. (I started running at age 45).
Is that from your most recent 10K? You look like you're seriously concentrating on your pace. It always amazes me to see just how muscular runners' legs become. Not a whole lot of fat there, but pretty powerful muscles! Great pic, LTH!

That's the race. There was roughly 0.6 miles left at that point.
Thank you for wearing a shirt in this one.
KIDDING. It's a good pic.

You look like a poster for Chi running. (Or is it Pose?) Whatever it is.....you look like a poster for it.

Great combo of strength and concentration.
Are we there, yet?
I wonder if that qualifies for Scottydawg's great legs album?

I think that pic should definitely go into your "before and after" display. You look like half the man you used to be.
I have to admit I love how the calf muscle is popping out in that picture. He obviously took the picture just as I was pushing off.
