I had no other title so I thought of the Norse God Thor.
Title was changed, Lily is credited for the new title.

Rocky and I ran 5 miles early this morning, then I headed off to the gym for shoulders/delts.
URD for me. We have thunderstorms.
Andrea, you should have called it "Thor's Dailies".
12 miles on a hotel TM for me.

You deserve a medal for that ...
I rode my motorcycle to work, what a blast!
Until the right-side mirror fell off because I was too lazy to tighten it last night.
Any time I have run on a hotel treadmill it has been difficult because it is always very hot in the room.
I am disappointed by the fact that you guys are impressed by a hotel TM run and not by my clever pun: ThursdDaiiles... Thor'sDailies... No? Not Funny? Jeeze... though crowd...
onemile, yesterday it was 82F in my garage when I ran 14 miles. Today, it was 70F at the hotel gym. Much better!
I don't know how you force yourself to do it. Seriously.
Lily I thought it was very clever lol. I am just now getting back on here
I swear my gym has the temp set to 75 or 80 most times....which is why I don't step on the TM, hell I am sweating like a mofo just lifting weights.
Rest day, though I should have done/should do my PT exercises.
My calves and backside say that even half-assing the hills yesterday had an impact. Ouch.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.
I actually liked it, so there.
Regarding hotel treadmills, I have been on a couple of them that were really impressive. Although my preference is to run outside, it is nice to have them as a fallback plan to get the miles in or to simply have a workout, which is one of the chief reasons I run. To work out.

Bah, you only need one. Quick shoulder check should do just fine. Mostly.
2 x 2 mile
Rest day today. Out of nowhere, some Achilles pain last night, some 14 hours after my run. Don't know where that came from, and I've never had it before, so I'll take a day or two off and hopefully it will go away. Bummer too because there is a 5k I was wanting to do tomorrow night. I guess I'll just wait and see how I feel.
