Skirt Runner
PS- It's late so no one will probably read this but I just finished a round of myrtls. My foam roller should arrive tomorrow. I passed my "test" of having no walking pain in the IT band all day, even with the stairs (and hopping on one foot too for whoever brought that up)....finally! Though it did ache a bit after the myrtls, but not at the knee....I think it was just from working hip muscles that I'm not used to working. No pain for a full day while walking means I can try running. Though my PT friend says I should maybe try for 2 days pain free. Grr changing the rules on me! So if tomorrow it feels great all day it is on like Donkey Kong for a short, non-hill run on Saturday morning. Here's to hoping...

Taking turns on computer.
I think i brought up the 1 leg hop as I used that as a test.. when you ease back into running.. maybe you can try C25k plan.. I used walk 5 min and jog 1 min (total of 30 min) as a start..
