WELCOME TO THE DAILIES THREAD
Anyone and everyone can post your runs, cross-training, abdominal work, rest days, race plans, training questions, etc.. The only stupid question is the one you did not post. There’s a great mix of beginners and veterans, runners and walkers, and maniacs and returners (from injury, to running, to RA). We're all a little crazy here, too! While this thread is a terrific source of motivation for runners and serves as outstanding accountability, you’ll quickly find this remarkable group to be highly supportive of all life experiences. So, come on in, put your feet up, and stay awhile (not literally!) And whoever is up first is welcome to start the thread and we definitely keep some weird hours around here.

Today, the plan is 3.0 miles, ab work, and push-ups. I'll run in about half an hour and do the ab work and push-ups before candle lighting.
I just realized something. In exactly four weeks, I'll be past the finish line
Supp! My thing is a whole lot of nothing today. But before I can get started on that arduous task, I need to find a lady named coffee...

3 miles at lunch on tap for today.
It was a very long night, so I'm going to need extra caffeine this morning.
Do you even run?
Good Morning! I have a time trial on my schedule today. We are getting a little bit of light snow right now so I might have to change my plans. If the snow sticks then I will probably just head out later and get in an easy 8-10 and change my 18 mile LR tomorrow to 18 w/12@MP. If the snow doesn't stick then I'm planning to run a 1 mile warm-up followed by 6 at 10K pace and a 1 mile cool down.
Happy Friday everyone!

6 miles in "frigid" 47 degrees. Alliterative, no? Had to wear arm panties, which I'm liking a lot.
Have good workouts everyone and a great Friday!
SRD day for me. Coldest day of the year so far......5 degrees. It could at least snow a couple inches.

Rick, have a wonderful rest day.
Kay, enjoy your lunchtime run.
ImNotScott, have fun with whatever you end up doing.
flarunner, LOL at 47F being frigid. It sounds heavenly to me. Bravo again for running so early.
Scott, have a restful rest day.
Push-ups and 3.0 TM miles are done. Five minutes were at a 1.5 incline. Twenty-three minutes were at a 7.0 incline; the remainder of the 3.0 miles were back at a 1.5 incline.
Planning a run after work today. Gonna be a cold one, but afterwards I can pop open a cold one.
For now, coffee, with almond butter & jelly on toast.
Aw yeah, that's what I'm talking about baby.
I'm a caffeine ho, do it to me darling!
Mother Nature wanted to ground me last night, but I managed to stumble around in the wind and snow for 3.8 miles of jogging.
Hoping to get in 10 or so tonight.
Enjoy your runs.
Morning! I woke up early specifically because the weather was cold so I could run with arm warmers, ha! 5 miles done, more miles tonight.
Basya, woot. I cannot wait to hear all about your trip to the finish line.
Have a nice day!

'Morning! Is it just me or is the forum index looking all sorts of WHACK this morning?
Happy Friday, kiddos! 60 minutes on the elliptical last night on hard resistance and fast speed. That was a tough workout...for an elliptical machine, anyway. Probably a lighter effort after work today. This weekend will be pretty busy. Lots of running around and shopping to do for our Super Bowl party Sunday and my two week "vacation" that's coming up.
Have a great day, and may you have Pac-Man Fever.
Finally freakin' Friday! WOO HOO!
I have a birthday party to celebrate today. Lots of cake and race car games on the schedule...
15 easy miles once the last kiss and hug are given and the door is locked. And then it's the weekend! I can't wait. I think I need a vacation.
