Fear is a Liar

    With the 1600's one minute rest is pretty short. I think I may have done a 2 minute slow recovery run. With the 5 x 1000  90 second rests is good, 60 seconds is more challenging .

    I'm so vegetarian I don't even eat animal crackers!
