Mine is to tell everybody close to me in my life that I love them either verbally or electronically, everyday, all of 2013.

      Do you even run?

Wow Cris, what a huge endeavour! Best of luck, especially on the sanity part.

What a beautiful project for your family! Your children will learn so much from this. I wish you much courage and joy with your future plans, Cris!

                    That is cool as well!

I'll have to think about mine a bit. I'm not too sure. I think I'm like Scotty at this point. Just making it through another year alive would be great. Or let's make it 3 or 4 marathons instead. Big grin

Chris--where are you and your family headed? Is a different language involved? Either way, good luck and congrats!

For me, 2013 is going to kind of revolve around BABY and FAMILY and such. I'll be pregnant for the first half of the year and then adjusting to life as a MOTHER OF TWO. omg! So resolutions are:

                      Pregnancy:
-run for as long as possible
-gain only 20-25 lbs. Last time I gained almost 40! So far I've only gained 3, and I was up 7 by this point last time. So I've just got to keep that up.
-labor naturally, spending more time at home this time. I'd like to give birth without the need for pitocin with this one. Hopefully this time it won't take 28 hours
-get back to running ASAP afterwards.
                      Savings
-increase emergency fund to between 6 and 8 months
-if we complete the above, then start contributing to retirement
                      Work
-I'd like to make a bit more $$
-I have my fingers crossed that a bilingual position that I applied for comes through, ideally not until after the baby is born though. I'd like to finish out the year in my current position.
-Maybe get my substitute credential? Though I'm not sure that's necessary at this point. We'll see.

                      I think that's it?
Oh wait! Potty training! That is a definite goal for the year--to have Ela fully potty trained and ready for preschool by September.

                      Running for two!

I don't know but I am open to suggestions.  I've kind of transformed who I am over the last two years, so I am cutting myself some slack.

I don't usually make resolutions, but I guess if I had to make one, I would like to work on being a more positive person. I am easily frustrated when things don't go as I planned, so being more positive would enable me to take things in stride and hopefully increase my patience and reduce my stress levels in the process.
