    Primarily: don't get injured.  125 miles.

     

    I'd say a PR, but I already did that yesterday.  So, if I end up running a 5K this month, I'd like a PR in that!

            1. Run consistantly.  Life has gotten in the way a lot the last several months.  Last week was great and I'd like to keep that going.

              1.  Continue base building, but being smart about it so I don't get injured.

               

              2. Run 100 miles in the month (will be my first 100-mile month)

               

              3.  Enjoy the holiday food in moderation so I don't have a lot of weight to lose in January.

              4/28 -- Allentown Half Marathon 2:26 (automatic PR)

              6/1 -- Runapalooze 5K, Syracuse NY

              3/17/13 = rest.

                Run a personal best month while actually following a training plan. 

                Get my wife out running so she can run that half in may she wants. 

                Hang out with my 2 year old as he enjoys christmas.

                  Go! St. Louis Half Marathon - April 7, 2013 - 2:18:28 (10:32 min/mile)

                  Newburgh Rivertown Trail 5k - May 4, 2013 - 25:26 (8:12 min/mile) 1st Place AG out of 13 / 9th out of 100 Female / 45 out of 196 Finishers

                  YMCA 5k on the Runway - May 11, 2013 (Goal: 26:59) - Time: 26:40 / 8:38 min/mile pace - 102nd of 389 / 25th of 203 Females / 8th of 27 F25-29

                    Finish Lookout Mountain 50 miles before the cutoffs.

                            I seem to be okay physically, knock on wood... and I'm currently at 122.7 miles, so barring a terrible disaster of which I shall not think, that's as good as done.

                             

                            And I got my 5K PR -- by 55 seconds.  Yay!

                              1. Run at least one 35 mile week

                              2. Run more miles than last month

                              3. Put in a solid effort 5K race

                               

                              1. Nope.  I think I got up to 32 though.

                              2. Yes.  +25 miles over November.

                              3. Yep.  42 second PR.
