Happy to say I met my goal and started running again.
Running is my mental-Ctrl-Alt-Del.

I seem to be okay physically, knock on wood... and I'm currently at 122.7 miles, so barring a terrible disaster of which I shall not think, that's as good as done.
And I got my 5K PR -- by 55 seconds. Yay!
