Nurse on the run

    We had a thread awhile back and it was fun so here we go. I'm having tomato basil soup and a multi grain bagel with cream cheese. Starbucks coffee to chase it down. Smile

    Running is my mental-Ctrl-Alt-Del. 

      Nothing big: I made spaghetti with lean turkey meat and bow tie pasta.  It was delish.

      Shake off the dust....Arise.

        Just had some of my home make baked beans and home made tea biscuits. Yummy!!

            Anything with the word biscuit sounds yummy. LOVE me some carbs.

              Bag of celery sticks with some ranch dip, a couple of squares of dark chocolate, a handful of almonds and a diet soda.

                            Leftovers (always).  Shredded chicken in some sort of marinade, some kind of black rice thingy, and acorn squash.

                              Looks like a lot of healthy yummy stuff going on here. Love Red Hot! Phil your lunch sounds awesome. I like to splurge occasionally and that would be with a good microbrewed beer and hot wings. Yummm.
