Not a good run for me tonight.  I think too much stress in other areas of life, plus trying to cram too many quality runs into too few days because of my weekend schedule.  I had 2 great miles, 2 uncomfortable miles of GI issues, and then somehow ran 5 more before I threw in the towel.
