Heh, pretty sure me and Oski's DH drive the wives nuts with the running talk whenever we get together. I don't have any proof of this, but I suspect the female eye rolling abounds.
Actually, I've found that if we're together and NOT running (out for dinner, etc) the conversation will ALWAYS get turned to running. However, when were actually out on a run together we'll talk mainly on non-running related topics.

I've never traveled with other runners but it sounds like fun.
I'm a morning person and my DW likes to sleep in so when vacationing I'm always the first one up. I can go out for a long run, come back and get cleaned up before DW wakes up.
