I expect sometime in the future to visit the cyber-land of our origin. When I do, I'm sure everything is going to look a lot smaller than i remember it.
Anyway, I've only gone back to rwol to get the live-streaming sporting events. The streaming sucks btw, and now my browser keeps popping up ads for granny porn from russia.

I stop by I even post every once in a while if I feel I can contribute to a question from a new person. I view some threads as well but it's no where near what I did before. I also go visit Gen Nut b/c come of the stuff that goes on there is just nutty.

Never run, if you want to never run, don't start because you'll never stop.

I haven't been back other than to click scottydog's RR links. It's just too slow.
Only 5ks for a while!

Running is my mental-Ctrl-Alt-Del.
I do pop into the dailies occasionally. I really do miss Moth.
+100. Moth and the few stubborn ones with him. I miss them all. :-(

I check in from time to time to see what Moth is posting. Other than that, they're debating religion and celebrating emoticons.

2. Look at that last bit about 700,000 (read that number carefully) page views since last week. "The cool kids are still here". Hey, that may be... I still look over there; I wanna be a cool kid. But I'm telling you from experience, that number is either outright bogus or is counting a whole bunch of that spam he played up earlier in the note.
I had to look at some of those page view counts to see where they were getting those numbers. Three threads in the BF, including s*s's sticky, account for 130,000 of them. I don't see why anyone would question those counts. Everyone wants to read and reread the rules about RWOL terms of conduct, especially the spammers.

Smashy!!!
I love the part where they want users to serve as QC. So, they are going to roll out a faulty system, and then promise to fix it, but they need us to tell them where the bugs are...

They sound desperate and scared.
I'm sure the people who pay for advertising on the site, are probably getting a bit upset about the lack of legit views.
Yes, but they don't have these two:
Bad Ass
I still post there to keep Moth company.
But other than my MRT and MCM dailies thread, I don't go there often. If I can convince these friends to move here, then I wouldn't need to be there any more.

"I don't feel turdy".
"Give me somethin' to write on, man..."
Eye of Sauron
This one is a very good example of why lyrics sites suck sometimes and they all copy information from each other. Go to a lyrics site and you will see... on all of them really... that the lyric is supposedly "I don't feel tardy". While that makes a great deal of logical sense, I have listened to that song approximately 1 trillion times. It's "turdy".
And once again Mr. Wizard (aka: Stevie Ray) explains the internet.

Yep - same here. Moth is holding that place together. I drop in to say 'hi' as well.
