Whatcha got B&B?
I've put up my first triple digit month ever - this morning's run brought me to 108 exactly
162 - my lowest of the year. I am quite alright with that though and in fact mentally enjoyed the break!

Well, after tonight's run I will either have 151 or 152, right now I have 148.5 so I have got to even it out damn it. Either 2.5 for 151 or 3.5 for 152........ it just depends on how I feel out there this evening.

Around 155... would have been closer to 180 but having a POS of a body puts a crimp in things

Are we there, yet?
175.1 - started the day with 169.4 and thought about taking the day off, but then couldn't see ending the month .6 miles short of 170, so I went out for a short one. Then thought since I'm going out I should go at least 3 to make it worthwhile. Then if I'm out for 3 why not go the extra mile or so and make it 5, then if I'm running that far I might as well tack on the extra .6 for 175 miles. The extra tenth was a Garmin bonus.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
268 miles for the month. The plan called for 288, but I took 3 extra rest days due to family visiting and then traveling.

139.10. Not my lowest but considering I spent three weeks lowering my miles and then ill, I will take it.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.
