Bummer! Felt cold at work today and I feel a bit off healthwise right now. . . . but I am sitting here in my running gear gettoing ready to lace up and head out the door. When I get back its time to drink out this cold with some rum.

Try to get it knocked out quick. I have the lingering affects of a head cold that was just bad enough to be aggravating but doesn't seem to want to go away completely.
