Sour worms.

 

What is a fake race?  I mean, I can guess.... but I'm curious what it means in this context, with an aid station and all.

A race called the Freezer Burn that takes place annually in my town was cancelled this year a week and a half before the event.  I was super disappointed, so I quickly organized an informal run of the same distance, on the same date, and on a similar course.  I wanted to have the feeling of a race, so I'm hoping a lot of people will show up.
